To celebrate our website launch, we're doing a code hunt event!
We're hiding 6 codes around our website that give out Mysterious Pearls, which you can use to select a design from the Mysterious Pearl Shop! All codes are hidden on official or staff related pages (personal characters not included.) We ask that you only claim one mysterious pearl even if you find multiple codes -- if your first code doesn't work and you find another, you can of course try that one too, but if you already got one please leave it for someone else to find! You can tell it's a mysterious pearl code by the fact that it's a bunch of numbers and letters, beginning with M and ending in P.
We're also hiding a couple more codes that give other goodies like ocean coins and items that will be valid until the end of the month. Here's one: mantlatime

Website Updates

Prize Codes and Transformations extensions have been added and are fully set up and functional! New dailies have been added!

Transformations

All transformations need to be established before you add them to the character. This means that you need to submit a design update that adds "Alt Body Transformation" or one of the Orb traits, and use the corresponding item. For non-orb items, the item is also allowed to add other traits.
To add a transformation to your design, please select "Update Design" and submit it like a redesign, but make sure to add a transformation in the transformation section. (You can choose from alt form 1-3, or either orb type!)
If you are using item traits on the transformation form that don't come from the item used for the transformation, add the item as an addon to the design update.

Dailies

As we currently don't have a way to let you do multiple uses of the same wheel for dailies. we have added two more wheel dailies! The guarantee system has been re-added, so you can't get 3 nothings in a day.
There is also a new, special 'daily' for this month! "Website Launch Gift" is a one-time redeem that gives 30 ocean coins and an any item of choice box! This will be available for the whole month of June!

Species Updates

As always, we have a new monthly prompt! Featured Mantla has returned as a prompt and it now changes every month. All prompts can be found in the prompts section. The Strange Seller's shop is now open for the next week or so (who knows when they'll leave town again) so make sure to check it out before it disappears!

Monthly Prompt

Our new monthly prompt is Pride! It's for celebrating your or your mantla's LGBTQIA+ identity!

Featured Mantlas

Our new featured mantlas are Sub (MAN-0507) and Fanta (MAN-0492), owned and designed by CHOWSTARS and hart respectively! You can make one submission every week for the featured mantlas at the Featured Mantla prompt. Due to technical limitations, only one character can be featured on our homepage at the moment; the display will switch halfway through the month, but both can be drawn for the Featured Mantla prompt any time during the month.

If you want your characters to have a chance of being selected to be the next Featured Mantla (or subspecies!), set them to "Yes" on both gift art and gift writing! "Ask first" is not counted.

We have a new promotional forum post! Consider helping us out by bumping it!

Site Changes:

1. The shop items have now been sorted by price to hopefully make it easier to navigate.
2. Little Void was mistakenly added to the shop instead of Lion Claw, creating two "Little Void" shop entries. This has been fixed.
3. Character Transformations extension has been added so your characters can have alternate forms with different traits!

Notice: To anyone who has done official art for the species before and wishes to be credited on our Credits page or on the item(s) you created art for, please contact us through a ticket to let us know what art you created, and how we should credit you (for example, your username on our website, or your primary social media account.) Unfortunately, a lot of information like this has been lost, so we have a number of artworks with no credits that we would love to credit!

Hi everyone!

I realized that Lion Claw had not been added to any shop by mistake. It's available now from the Item Shop for 20 ocean coins!

Additionally, some people were abusing the free Willie and Snupuff MYO items, taking hundreds or even thousands for no particular reason. They have now been limited to 10 per person. Please only take what you plan to use! If you ever need more than 10, please file a ticket over Discord and we can give you more.
